There’s something about weddings at Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel that just feels different.

Maybe it’s the light, maybe it’s the way everything echoes, or maybe it’s just the people who choose to get married here, but this day felt so intentional from start to finish.

The Cheathams didn’t overcomplicate anything. They just showed up, fully present, and let the day be what it was… and it ended up being one of those weddings where the in-between moments mattered just as much as everything else.

There were so many quiet moments woven throughout the day—the kind you don’t really notice in real time, but end up meaning everything later.

And then there were moments that were just them… like deciding to cater Raising Cane’s (complete with a sauce fountain, which I will be thinking about forever).

If you’re planning a wedding at Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel (or anywhere that matters to you), and you want it documented in a way that actually feels like your day… I’d love to be there.
